Default ATs - Value bet river or no?

Villain is pretty straightforward, taggy and passive. He has open folded his SB a lot, raised SB vs BB and then c/f a random flop etc. Is this a good river value bet this type of player? What hands is he calling with?

Poker Stars, $2/$4 Limit Hold'em Cash Game, 6 Players

Pre-Flop: T A dealt to Hero (UTG)
Hero raises, MP calls, 2 folds, SB calls, BB folds

Flop: (7 SB) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players)

Turn: (4.5 BB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)

Easiest bet ever. You can get called by Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] X[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] or a 7, and youre rarely losing.

Well you're probably going to end up splitting, but like Nina said, he pretty much never has a 5 or a flush, and he could have made it to the river with a PP or 7, so betting is good.
