Default KK with no overcards on board.

Should I fold when I have an overpair? I had no reads on villain, as he had just came to the table.

doesn't seem like he needed that jack
if he has a good queen or two [censored] pair not including that jack, you crush him. both of which hed be playin hard

can I just get a discussion this hand of the two line choices between bet 3bet flop and call cr turn and the advantages/disadvantages factors contributing to the decision in peoples mind for this hand. Its a topic I still feel like I dont grasp to my satisfaction

This isnt a very safe flop to b/c and then c/r the turn.

You want to make all the draws and Qx hands pay to continue on...

if the board had been something like q58r or something like that..then I can see waiting to the turn, but not on this board.

Once the draws threaten my hand that's it, all the money is going in on the flop. With position and a raggy board maybe you can slowplay but I don't try it often. In fact almost every time I try a slowplay they go runner runner, it's just not worth it.

as romulet said, once the board is full of draws, you can't be offering people a free card by trying to cr. once you get runner-runnered by trying to cr so many times you start freaking out and never cr again. this is bad since its such an important tool to have in your bag of goodies for a list of reasons. i just got back from my rehab and am starting to cr more on appropriate boards.
