Default A minor tiny non baller poker brag for me (Warning: freerolldonkament)

I know it's not much to high rollers and ballers like yourselves but I beat one of the 20942580357308 1st Round promotions Full Tilt does for the .Net Aussie Giveaway. 630 people freeroll MTT. I don't care it's a freeroll, or 2379 other people have won entry the same way. I'm thrilled that I managed to even beat a 1st round event. I play SNG's, so a MTT win like this is fun. I made a couple FT here and there for these things, usually the smaller ones for the PaD but never won it.

History: There was little action preflop, usually someone would raise and the other fold. If a flop came down a pot sized bet would usually take it. I came in 9th in chips into the FT.

This hand almost won it but crippled me, I laugh at things like this.

Full Tilt Poker, NL Hold'em Tournament, 20,000/40,000 Blinds, 2 Players

SB: 388,009
Hero (BB): 556,991

Pre-Flop: (60,000) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
SB calls 20,000, Hero checks

Flop: (80,000) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, SB bets 80,000, Hero calls 80,000

Turn: (240,000) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, SB bets 268,009 and is All-In, Hero calls 268,009

River: (776,018) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: 776,018 Pot
SB showed 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (a flush, King high) and WON 776,018 (+388,009 NET)
Hero showed K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (two pair, Kings and Sevens) and LOST (-388,009 NET)

2nd to last hand that made me do a double take. I just assumed he had the ace and was willing to put a draw against it.

I don't get much (any)in the way of poker brags but this is a fun but tiny one. Now, if only it was for some money.

Cliff notes: I like thousands of other people win a free 1st Round Tournament on FTP. I share with you because I wanted to have a small brag if even a 1/2800 of a brag.

out of 630 ppl:
everyone(almost) shoves allin first hand, so around 100 ppl will remain after the first round. Then ppl will shove continuously.
so if you want to win a tourney like this just sitout.

DISCLAIMER: Still not a baller thread, especially since I'm trying to figure out what kind of poker player I want to be online.

Just won another 360 person Freeroll for the Poker After Dark 1st Round. I was a 7:1 (468,034 - 59,876) chip dog when it got down to heads up. I hope I'll actually get to play in the next round since last time I was out training. I'm sure I'll be like one of the other 2000 people and bust out with nothing gained.
