Default NL100 top 2 pair facing rereraise

Sorry no hand history, no real reads on villain, only played 50 hnds with him, he's not done nything spectacular but has ~$190. I have $110.

CO button limps sb limps, I check in bb with Qs8h.

Flop is
4d8dQh

sb bets $2. I raise to $8. Others fold. Sb then raises to $25.

My move is?

What do we put him on here rangewise then. I just had a real strong feeling that 44 was gonna be turned over and I've found on stars not that many people would make a smaller reraise like that with a combo fl/str8 draw as they want to commit as early as possible.

I may fold against a known tight player, but not against a random at 100nl.
