Default Cakepoker 400nl- 2nd barrel?

Cakepoker 400NL

he was a solid player with a lot of steal attempts, I dont have any postflop reads on him but he doesnt makes any stupid things. My Image was tight because of the bad cards,
sometimes I made a succesful steal against the blinds but nothing else.

he was the cutoff, I was the on the sb (420$ effective stacks).everyone folded and he raise to 14$. btn folds.
I reraise with As9s to 46$. bb folds . co calls.

pot: 96$
flop: 8h3c2d
I bet 70$ and he calls (after 1-2mp thinking)

pot: 236$
turn: 8s

check-fold or fire again?

I made the checkfold but after that I immediatly realized that bet-fold would be the best play:
I thought he can make this play(preflop call- flop just call) with any pocketpair even with QQ-AA. If I bet the turn he fold 44-99 ,sometimes TT-JJ , I think. I think it's a +EV if he can fold 99-TT.

what is your opinion?

Given your image, your percieved range after the 3bet is what, AQo+/88? Your CBet doesnt change that. Villian looks to be in a good spot for a float with Ax, medium pairs.

KK-AA looks unlikley , is he really slowplaying these PF and on the (admittadly dry) flop.

If any spot is good for a 2nd barrel OOP, surely this is it.
