Turn isn't an overbet. River is fine.

1.)great turn bet [pot equity is 25% and your hand's equity is about 30% (15 outs) plus you have some fold equity even though 3 other players in the pot(all show weakness)]
2.)his river bet indicates:
-weakness (seems like a weak
blocking/defensive bet,most likely two pair)
-your river bet gives him about 2.8:1 (156.50:56.50)
-so it is correct for him to call if he has u beat
26% of the time

***good river bet he's getting good odds to call you even with two pair, pot is big and ur giving him good odds to call...any raise less than all in looks way to suspicious

Looks good. I'd probably bet the flop though. But checking may be better depending on the players.

You played it fine. I don't see you taking it down on the flop often so your check looks good.

Turn bet isn't even close to potsized. Potsized would be (16+4+4+4+4) on top of your call, or 36 to go.
