Default Pokerstars and fulltilt

Mods, I hope you pls don't delete this post before more carefully looking at it (as there are links around).

Cliffnotes: I find old version of pokerstars terms and conditions exactly the same as the current one of full tilt?! does this means that these guys share common security, services, etc or this is simply copy/paste, or some standard ?!?!

Here it is.

Ful tilt:
http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/end_user_license_agreement
4.4.1 AUTOMATIC PLAYERS (BOTS).
The use of artificial intelligence including, without limitation, "robots" is strictly forbidden in connection with the Software and the Games. All actions taken in relation to the Games by a User must be executed personally by players through the user interface accessible by use of the Software.

You agree that Full Tilt Poker may take steps to detect and prevent the use of prohibited EPA programs. These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of software programs running concurrently with the Full Tilt Poker Software on the User's computer.

For further information, see the Prohibited Program Policy http://www.fulltiltpoker.com.for detailed description of prohibited software.

Then pokerstars. Their curent license agreement is not the same, but if I google I found this piece on several sites:

4.4.1 AUTOMATIC PLAYERS (BOTS). The use of artificial intelligence including, without limitation, "robots" is strictly forbidden in connection with the Software and the Games. All actions taken in relation to the Games by a User must be executed personally by players through the user interface accessible by use of the Software.

So the new stars agreement means they are now regulated by different commissions? Feel free to delete the post (although I can't get what's your concern), but elaborate on this ...

I hear for a first time that EULC / TOC relates to gaming comission. I have never seen that so far (two sites - literaly the same TOC).

Another rakeback vs. FPP thread would have been better than this.

So I hope finally someone will bother to explain me on more than one line and then you can just delete it. have it toggled so it should come by mail.

Did I lately trolled and joked so much so when I asked for something now i'm getting it all back?

p.s. As for naming the thread, realized that late. Sorry. But I'm afraid I don't think I would have come up with more appropriate name, such that you won't open ...

I dont even get what you want to know?

If 2 online companies providing the same service have similar terms and conditions this doesn't even seem strange to me.

It is not about "similar" TOC, it is about "exactly" the same TOC.

If from 20+ let say companies that provide the same service only two of them have the same T&C and all of rest has different this should mean something and I simply want to understand what it means (especially if it is of the biggest sites).

For why the pokerstars TOC changed to something which is the TOC of full tilt now - this is lower prio (I am just curios).

Yes, we also don't know who re the cheaters on absolute and why absolute still does nothing and so on - but we want, right?

I remember some cases when some pictures were copied from one site to another, then case when some strategy guides were copied and this was an issue. I wonder why noone else is interestd in this now ...
Having a literaly the same TOC should mean something:
- fraud?
- same company / owners?
- whatever i don't know

There was an answer that the reason is that the two sites are run by the same gaming comission, I will try to look for this, but it's strange to me that pokerstars and fulltilt are run by the same gaming comission and everyone else by different one.

we are not talking here for some random poker sites at the end ...
