Epassporte To checking account fee

I setup an account so I can transfer my Rakeback into Epassporte and then frmo Epassporte to my checking account. I noticed on the site under Fees it said

Account Withdrawal Fees
ATM Via Physical/Plastic Card: US$2.00
US Bank Account Direct Deposit: US$2.00
Bank Wire Transfer: US$50.00

Does Bank Wire Transfer mean whenever I transfer money from my epassporte into my checking I have to pay 50$? If not, does any 1 know if there is/what the fee is for doing so? I cannot find it on the site if "bank wire transfeR" isnt it. Thanks

bank wire transfer charge is only true if it's a bank wire out of US. If it's in US, it's just 2 dollars.
