Villain is 57/8/.8 with 42 WTSD. Haven't ever seen him bluff raise a river.

I dont think this is lame at all.

River bet is thin. The 8 is unlikely to have hit him and even he folds some hands preflop that connects with the deuce and trey.

villian has prolly a weak ace or some kind of K, he could also have a flushdraw(pp orso) on the turn so that could be a reason for him to peel it. I am just checking this behind if he calls he most likely has you beat or shows some kind of pp/K.

With .8 postflop he isnt aggressive enough to bet out Ax, but he will call with it.

A lot of worse K call on this river, as well as small pairs.
