Reads?

If you are going to call the turn why not bet the turn and fold to a raise? I think betting the turn however would be dependent on the read you have on the opponent.

Again on the river if you are going to call an all-in bet why not put him all in and give him a chance to fold?

Actually the more I think about it I think it's better to check the river and give him a chance to make a lay whereas a bet by you will only get called by better hands.

I suck at cash and am converting from SNG's. Sometimes c/c often results in worse hands bluffing... or checking then you know he probably has a worse hand. Since he was short I was not opposed to getting it all in. But you make some great points that I need to think about. Thanks

I would bet more on the flop.
Without reads I guess I would c/f turn after that.

I don't understand what you are trying to accomplish with the line. If he doesn't have you beat on the flop then you are just letting him draw for free.

I guess as played you should probably fold river, though you are getting great odds at this point. I would be pretty surprised if he is shoving the river with something you beat.
