No it isn't. c/f is weeeeeeeeei to weak. If you bet like $3 on turn and villian shoves u can't fold. Nice hand sir.

I prefer a turn c/r against this villain. Let him bet his pair of eights then he'll be committed to calling. You really narrow his range when you put him in when the ace turns with such a dry flop.

No, I don't think so. It's a very loose villain and you have only 1 PSB left, just shove because there is no way you can fold now. I think you will be ahead here often enough for this to be a good play.

However, I'm wondering what some of you all would do if another 7 came on the turn.

He's a short stack so his range is probably pretty wide here. The turn push is fine since he will probably push on you if checked to.

A PSB on the flop would have made this even easier.
