A forum rules forum? Or a poker rules forum?

If the former, under "Two Plus Two" is "About the Forums". That's the closest we got.

As for poker rules- not really. This would be the best place to ask questions/get info.

As Basement said above this is a good place to ask about poker rules. Another place to ask would be in the forum that might be better related to the game type. Ex. your involved in a home game and have a question about a decision. Home Poker would then be a good place to ask.

If it is a question about a ruling, like during a hand, try to include as much detail as possible.

But if you're looking for rules for posting stuff then most forums have a FAQ or sticky that outlines some stuff do's and don'ts
