Default river decision vs. a draw (busted? or made?)

So, I make 2 value bets. On the river, I check, but should I call or fold. The flush draws missed, but an oesd hit.

Any suggestions? I lean toward calling, since there are more FDs that missed than str8 draws that hit.

Villain is 16/5/2 but only over 45 hands.

Is my turn bet too small?

I fold vs. this guy, he's definitely not vbetting worse and while he could obv be bluffing, I don't think he is often enough to make a river call profitable.

Fold. Villain just isn't playing a whole lot of hands, and you're really hoping for A) a bluff or B) 98.

I don't really know about river, very opponent specific, but here I probably fold. I def bet more on the turn though.... it's a fairly drawy board and you have a vulnerable hand.

I'd call. I'd think most pairs check behind rather than value bet this large (esp. since its hard to have a better 9 and play it this way) so his range is generally polarized between whiffed flush draws and the straight.
