400NL KQ flops top two 2 buy ins deep i get c/r on turn

Need some help again. I only have like 100 hands on villian, this is the first time I've played him and I have him at 32/8. He hasn't gotten out of line at all and seems weak tight to me. I'll put the hand that helped villian build his stack first, I think it has some significance to this hand with the turn c/r. I messed up putting the stacks in on first one 400 effective stacks or so.

Preflop and flop I think are fine, but what do I do with this c/r on the turn this deep. Like I said I think he's weak tight and really don't think he's bluffing out of position here. Any ideas? If I call and he shoves river or bets big what then? Thanks again. Oh and I was running about 19/14 at this table I probably just seemed taggish.
