Default Another JJ post... $109

2nd hour of a PS $109. Villain is ShankingYou, a winning player on PDB (8% roi in 451 tourneys). We've played two hands together previously. One time he raised EP, I called in the blind and c/f on 9QK spade board. Next time I raised utg w/QQ, he reraised 2.5x utg+2, I called, then checked to the river and folded when he bet 1/3 pot on an AJJK4 board (he showed quad jacks). I'm thinking flop may be a push/fold scenario, but does it change with the all-in player here? Once I get to the flop, now what?
