Default Q high flush facing a raise on river

the villain just sat down so no reads.

faced with a river raise, what is our best option? call or shove? (i can't fold) could he be value raising his str8? if not, how can he show up with a flush here? since i can't see him showing up with a flush here other than A3 of clubs, is there any value in shoving? just confused all around.

I initially said call but then noticed the clubs were runner runner so I think it's a shove. I think you'll get called by worse since he'll put you on a Q rather than the flush.
