Default 50NL TPGK-Multi on bad board

I seem to have trouble in these situations. If not behind all ready, probably won't have best on river, so I passed. Comments appreciated.

Raise the flop or fold.

Your title is the answer to your question... as played, just calling the flop and folding is no big deal, but the key is folding.

Raise to $3 preflop. As played just fold the flop.

Re: preflop. This hand does not play well multiway. If you're going to play this you're looking to flop 2p or a straight, never just a pair. If you raise to $3 preflop you force people out of the pot and force people to play fit or fold poker on the flop with your position and c-bet, plus a pair of tens or aces is more valuable in a 3 way or less pot than in a 5 way pot.

I would only limp here if the limpers are very loose/bad and could pay me off pretty well with less than top pair or weak A's. If I want to play I would raise here, but most of the time I'm folding this hand.

As played, I guess you should raise flop. If they check to you on a blank turn I would assume/hope they have a draw and bet pretty big. If you get to the river there is no point in valuebetting if checked to.
