Default 25NL - River play with a flush on a paired board facing overbet

BTN is 44/17/0.8 after 40+ hands. River AF is 1.6.
CO is 71/14/1.7 after 40+ hands.

I was going for a check-raise. How should I have interpreted that overbet?

Since it's a minraise, the preflop call is good. But you should keep in mind: small flush draws don't play well oop in a raised pot since you'll have a) a hard time drawing since villain is very likely to cbet, b) have a hard time getting payed off when you hit since you need to donk or c/r which gives your hand away c) be up against a bigger flush when the money actually goes in. So don't overestimate the money you can make with those flush draws oop.

Here, I fire a bet on the turn. As played, I call. It's probably not a bluff, but I think he might be betting a weaker hand easily.
