I'm thinking absolute nuts or air, and nothing in between. I don't think for a second he plays QQ+ this way. He either flopped the boat or is pushing with a busted flush draw. Your thoughts?

The turn min-raise and river push scream NUTZZZZ.
Nothing you beat here but the busted draws, and I don't think it's all that common for villains to min raise turn on a draw. (They might do it on the flop if they are in position so they get to see the river for free)
The UTG limp / call could easily be 55 or 66.
I'd hate it but fold, but then I tend to be too weaktight.

This is a fold without a very strong read.
Check/call check/raise usually means your 1-pair hand is crushed, and this doesn't seem like an exception. I can't imagine villain raising the turn with a flush draw, and of course the only straight draw out there hit already. The call is only correct if you feel he's maniacal enough to do this almost half the time with absolutely nothing.
