The flop bet seems fine. I don't think even a big stack would call a first position raise in a multi-way pot trying to hit a Queen. I'd raise 3000 because it seems more likely he has a drawing hand and he thinks he can afford to call. I think trips and two pair would probably re-raise and a high pocket pair would probably raise pre-flop.

Flop looks good. Looks definitely like a drawing hand. 3k on turn looks good, although I'm not sure what you do if he pushes. That being said would a c/c turn be so bad and lead out a blank river?

I'd bet and bet again on the river if it bricks. Fold to a raise on the turn.

He cover you and he know you probably have hit the flop with two jacks: so he shoved when he saw the queen. I think is a call.
