Go to control panel, then administrative tools, then computer management, then disk management, then right click on the drive and click change drive letter.

I'm running Win XP. The system manager says I can't change the drive letter of my startup or system disc. More ideas?

Doing this requires a reghax0ring work as its not standard to change the drive letter of the system disk.
