Default Value bet river with top trips? (100NL)

Villain is 50/29/3 over 110 hands.
He's crazy pre-flop but seems to bet his weak hands/draws on the flop and checks his good hands in order to trap on turn.

Does anyone value bet this river? What hands that I can beat will call me?

He would be reallllllly spupid to check QT/QJ to you, so just put him Allin.

What he's calling with? Against such a player that's not the point!

I am certainly willing to put my stack in on the river here. This player will call with Qx at least, and he's got that a lot more often than a queen that beats yours. Add to that the few times he decides you're bluffing and calls you with a random jack or ten, and you've got a chance at some nice value here.

This is always the point when it comes to river value bets.

He's never folding a better hand, so if he never calls with a worse one and he never checks a better one to you, there's no value in betting.

That said I think there is some value in betting this river, but not much. QJ is a big part of his range, but so could be a couple other Qs like QT. He may even call occasionally with TT, so go ahead and bet here.
