Default Flopping 2 pair

If I have any 2 cards, that are not a pair, is the probability of flopping 2 pair [(3/47)*(3/46)*(45/45)]*3! or 2.5%?

No, although that got you to the right order of magnitude. The probability of flopping exactly two pair, not counting a pair on the board, is 3/50 * 3/49 * 44/48 * 3! ~ 2.02%, although other expressions are possible. The probability of flopping trips is 2/3 as much.
