Default LAG - Does rake punish you too much?

What do you think? I'm just figuring out that TAG is better so you avoid "so so" situations where you could profit but you are killed by rake.

Anyone has any good thought about how to adjust playing style to rake structure?

34/25 sounds crazy. are you losing money from the bottom part of your open-raising range?

i pay a ton of rake as i play a lot of hu and xtra short games and my overall stats are like 48vip/36pfr filtered for 2-10 players; i est i pay 4bb/100 in rake. but i play at a small site and get a ton of my rake back. i think you're crazy if you play small stakes sh limit and dont get like at least 50% rakeback since the games are not as soft as they were (small stakes hu and very short games are soft, but the rake is brutal). a lot of sites out there have you paying 3bb+/100 in rake 6max and more if less than 6max.

i dunno, jury's not out on just about anything for 6max. i'd guess i lose more with t8s type hands and win more with AA- and k3o-type hands than the average tag.

but lol at how much more rake I'm paying! Guys like me should be awarded special rakeback programs.
