Default 200NL - AA on KQQ board

Villain is 25/10/1.5. I usually 4bet AA.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2.00 BB (5 handed)

UTG ($200.20)
Hero ($267.30)
Button ($120.10)
SB ($135.50)
BB ($202.00)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $7</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $21</font>, Hero calls $14.

Flop: ($43) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $33</font>, BB calls $33.

Turn: ($109) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $60, thereby committing himself</font>

My question: does he have AK often enough to balance against the times he has KK/AQ?
