Since it's mway I find it hard to believe that someone with those stats is making a play.

The fact that this is multiway is what makes such a move so powerful. A three-bet from the hero is unlikely. A three-bet from the CO is very unlikely, but would let you know he has nothing short of a made flush.
Look at what's going on here; Hero is thinking about folding TPTK to a single raise. In all likelihood, CO is on a big spade draw and may fold the river as likely as he calls.

I'm not folding for 1BB thats for sure. Let's invest 1BB and see what happens. Button could be on FD and CO just seems to like calling. Folding here is awful IMO.
Edit: Misread the action, but I'm not sure I fold against an unknown that is possible overagressive postflop. Also an ace or nonspade king could save us on river.
