TPGK and flush gets there...turn play?

I have been raising quite a bit, and mostly taken it down with cbets.

Villain has been staying out of my way and seems semi-tight. Playing 21/10/1.5.

Flopbet is obv. standard. My guess is that villain calls me with any ace (his range is probably like ATs+ as regards aces), maybe mid pairs, and of course FDs.

So this turn obviously sucks. Question is - can I just give it up here and c/f? Or should i b/f to prevent myself from getting bluffed (and perhaps get a call from AJ)? Is c/c viable in any case?

Bet more on the flop. Also I'd bet the turn as well. He could have a smaller ace, or something like JT or 67. Fold to a decent size raise.
