Default 5NL Calling for information

New to table, no reads. Pretty obvious I am beat here. Planned on putting no more money in after flop but with such a small bet on river, do you call for information on how he plays his hand?

I'd say calling because I was getting 14.5 to 1 pot odds. Absolutely nothing wrong with this call. He'll lip 6s7s as often as AQ

Yeah, I'm comfortable with my call given the odds, but I'm curious about calling strickly for information. Is it always an odds thing or can you call lightly for furture benefit?

Thanks

I'd do it.

I like getting info on the cheap. Just make a note about how he played the hand and remember him next time.

I call this river stupid bet at least for information.

But is it good to bet the Flop like this? I tend to c/c in this situation.

I like to bet paired flops like this. Cheap way to buy the pot heads-up, maybe fire again one a blank turn. Not sure what c/c gets me here. What do you do on turn assuming you don't fill up?
