Folded to me on button with KK and i raise to $6
UTG calls

Flop 2 7 10 rainbow

UTG Checks
I bet $8
UTG Moves in for $70

What should i do?

Really depends on what villain raises UTG- probably premium hands. Does he 4bet AA or smooth call? Does this total overbet eliminate flopped sets since not getting much value doing this? If this is the case, I'd put him on an overpair like QQ and call.
