Default 1/2 deepish bluffing in 3bet pots

villain is knecht_poker who i have at 20/16/2.7 with street by street at (6/1.7/1). He seems to have some moves, and plays a lot. Not sure how many hands he has on me, as i only recently started playing at Stars, but im running 24/18/11 on this table, although my real stats are tamer than that. I doubled up by winning bottom set vs pair+draw in a multiway raised pot. I've 3bet him a couple of times but havent been caught with my hand in the cookie jar.

How light do you think he can look me up here?

I pretty much hate this in a 3-bet pot. You couldn't ask for a less threatening board and if he was going to believe you he would have folded on the turn.

I think you have to shove river if you're playing flop/turn like this...and I think you have to bet turn as played...so yeah looks fine.

I fold pre though.
