Someone left email open on this comp

Some random girl left her email open on this computer at my school. I have got her name, and can get pics later off of facebook. (She is pretty hot..solid 7 I'd say) Guys, should I contiune exploiting this or just log off? I find it too entertaining..is this wrong? Her boyfriend plays football for a D1 school. She might be cheating on him, because I know she is talking to another guy. Here is one of her emails to the apparent boyfriend:
