well you are pot stuck and now getting 2 to 1 for 12 outs(flush and str8 outs) or 3 to 1. I dont think the over cards are good given the preflop 3bet and flop and turn action. I think a fold is fine here.

On The flop I like a fold or push over calling, for the the same pot stuck reasons mentioned above
