I don't like your play btw. You might 3bet this preflop, since you are only 3 handed. A call is fine to0, since you have position. The minraise on the flop sucks. And so does 4bet all in. I actually don't like any part of the hand except the river.

Reraise pre-flop.

Make a real raise on the flop.

i just called cause i had position on him, and had AQ 2 hands in a row the 2 hands before that, i thought it was too good to be true. and i know the min raise was lame.

You called because you had 2 good hands before this one?!? If you think this means he will call your 3bets with a wider range, then you are ahead more often. This will give you more reason to 3bet, not less!
