Default nl100 pair/OESD

i had just sat on this table

the villan is 17.5/15/2 from about 100 mined hands

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

Hero (SB): $100.00
BB: $310.55
UTG: $18.75
MP: $166.55
CO: $106.10
BTN: $102.45

Preflop: Hero is dealt 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
3 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $3.50</font>, Hero calls $3.00, BB folds

Flop: ($8) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $5.50</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $24.50</font>, <font color="red">BTN raises all-in to $98.95</font>, hero?

looking back at the hand i think check/calling his c-bet and evaluating the turn is a pretty good line, but at the time i was thinking that this flop hit so much of my cold calling range.
i mean, a check/raise here is almost always a set/EOS(F)D/FD/straight here. i think its hard to him to do this without a hand.

what do you guys think?

Plus he might have overs + flush draw, in which case you're already good.

yea.. but i was thinkin a decent (not too large) % of the time i'm already drawing dread/really slim.

i know its not the hardest decision in the world, just thought i'd get some input so i'm not results oriented.
