Default NL 10 river spot, can I call here?

No specific reads on either CO or MP.
CO is 19/0/0.33 RAF 1 on 40ish hands
MP is 32/6/0.5 on 100ish hands

Poker Stars - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.05/$0.10 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $3.10
Hero (BB): $11.35
UTG: $6.00
MP: $14.55
CO: $4.75
BTN: $15.05

Preflop: Hero is dealt (6 Players)
UTG calls $0.10, MP calls $0.10, CO calls $0.10, BTN folds, SB calls $0.05, Hero checks

Flop: ($0.50) (5 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG checks, MP checks, CO checks

Turn: ($0.50) (5 Players)
SB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $0.40</font>, UTG folds, <font color="red">MP raises to $0.80</font>, CO calls $0.80, SB folds, Hero calls $0.40

River: ($2.90) (3 Players)
Hero checks, MP checks, <font color="red">CO bets all-in for $3.85</font>, Hero ???

This is a very clear fold given villain's stats. He just doesn't bet that often. No way this guy is bluffing in a 3way pot. I have no idea what MP is doing. Considering that he has you covered and raised your turn bet, he might do strange things after you. I think I fold here.
