Default small pairs OOP

Is calling with small PPs from the blinds against a late position pf raises profitable?

I just went through my PT stats, the sample is not big (10k hands at NL50) but I am in red for blind defense with all pairs under 99.

Could it be just because the sample is small? Or is it the combination of playing them just for set value + being OOP + LP raisers having weaker hands on average and not paying off?

I don't have my PT available to check but they should definitely be profitable.

Also, if it's folded to button who raises, I will sometimes 3bet any pair from the blinds. Usually you'll take down the pot and if not, you could hit a set and stack the guy.

Is 3 betting really the right play at micro limit? As weak as the players are you're going to get called by most any LP raiser arent you?

actually 3bets work very well in my experience, but when you use them too much people start to call more and I am not sure about playing 33 HU for 8 BBs
