any thgoughts?? can I ever c/f the turn?

I would check the turn and river with no intention of folding to any bet. I believe you have a better chance of getting you money in good by calling instead of betting. His/her calling range is going to be smaller than their betting range on the turn and river.

only other thing u coulda done since u knew it was just him and you in the hand, was reraise to like 27 preflop...that way you can just put him in on good flop and it wont be too much of an overbet

but i still like chitowns line best here

once you bet the flop you're not folding this hand. whatever you do during the rest of the hand hardly even matters

not when there is only $30 left in a $120 pot. You just let him bet his Qs and check his 8s and aks.

He is not folding the turn if you are beat. His betting range is larger than his calling range, slight but larger. Therefore check calling is better.

With stacks how they are he is calling every time on the turn. His calling range is 100% of the hands he has at this point.
