Need help Full Tilt Tournament Summary Software for PT

I tried it on the auto export mode and kept the software opened after I played 4 sngs but to no avail it just kept saying Tournament ID XXXXXXXX not found even though it acknowledged I had played the 4 specific sng's. Anybody have any idea what i'm doing wrong? I've used it in the past and had it working fine maybe you need to have the tourney windows open or something like that?

The tourneys must be visible. Have you checked the "Show Running and Completed tourneys" option?
