Default Salads. Do you eat them and if so, what do you put in them?

If you like salads, post what you put in them here please.

Looking to eat a little healthier, and don't mind a good salad every now and then.

Fire at will.

I eat them with a ground beef patty underneath and a bun on top & bottom.

Normal lettuce and such with hard boiled egg white and some light ranch. A little bit of cheese is good too.

in my quest to avoid fast food, i tend to get the salads at Wendy's, which are pretty good. usually i can avoid having to set foot in a McD's, but wendy's seems inevitable.

for what they are, they ain't bad at all.

the signature salad from cosi is the BOMB

it's green lettuce, gorgonzola, pistachios, grapes, dried cranberries, and pears, with vinaigrette

using spinach leaves and blue cheese in place of the gorgonzola and whatever lettuce they use turned out pretty good when I made this at home

Romaine lettuce, hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, parmessan cheese, italian dressing. Yummy.

I'm picturing a chicken putting a crown on someone.

Not all at once, but I love to have the following in my salads:

arugala
in season tomatoes
chopped egg
avocado
garlicky croutons (make your own for best results)
pan seared tuna for the win
