Default Is this a spew in 3b pot?

villian is playing 21/19 over 600 hands we 3b each other pretty liberally from the button and blinds, tell me if you think this is spewy, and what a better flop line may be.

SB: $264.85
BB: $214.15
UTG: $410.40
CO: $395.15
Hero (BTN): $417.45

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (5 Players)
2 folds, Hero raises to $8.00, SB raises to $27.00, BB folds, Hero calls $19.00

Flop: ($56) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB bets $42.00, Hero raises to $120.00, SB raises all-in to $237.85, Hero calls $117.85

i think shoving flop looks like a draw, i wud shove a draw if i was 50 50 but i think a call is in order here and arent there alotta turn cards you can shove which may take him off his hand? I dont play this high but shoving for 4X the pot with about 1/3 to win seems wrong to me unless u think hell fold after leading which is possible but wudnt he have to fodl pretty often for this to be profitable?

QTs is a pretty bad hand for reraised pots.

This is fine providing you don't overdo your frequency for calling preflop.

this statement isn't always true.. depends on the context of the game.

if villain is 3 betting you lightly then I think a case can be made for 4 betting this preflop as opposed to playing hand as you did unless your intent the whole time was to smooth call and raise any flop which I am not sure you intended to do.
