Default Support the Anti-Absolute Poker Movement With The Following Links

Hi Guys,

So I know I'm new here but I'm not a schill account, I'm just a long time lurker (and, frankly not a great poker player). What I do know about however is online marketing. I'd like to contribute to the cause which is why I have done the following, ALL OF WHICH YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE TO. By raising awareness and spreading the word we can add some real weight to this cause.

The official site can be found here:

http://www.absolutepokercheats.com/ (not created by me, but thanks to Josem for putting it up there)

1) Digg

For those of you who know what digg is, and have an account already then please go and digg these stories:

http://digg.com/security/Online_Poke...redible_source
http://digg.com/world_news/Major_Onl...aught_Cheating

If you don't already have an account please don't go and create one just to digg this story! Digg works on a social media platform where the more history your account has the more your digg is worth. By signing up and instanly digging this story you are actually causing it to be flagged as spam. I have contacts with some pretty high profile diggers and I have contacted them to try and get some weight behind the stories.

For the scpetics, digg can send over 40,000 unique visitors in a matter of hours. That's good press for us.

2) Facebook

I have created a facebook group here:

http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=4999108811

Please join. Again, if we can make this popular then it will get seen by some influential people in the mainstream media.

3) An online petition

Go sign it here:

http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/absolutepoker/

Again, although I'm a longtime lurker here I really do feel strongly about this and would like to make a difference. Any time a community rallies against a major company it requires input by everyone. That means YOU. Please help out any and preferably ALL of the above groups.

Thanks

Tom

PS - Mods, if this isn't allowed then feel free to move/delete but I thought this required it's own thread rather than being buried 100 pages deep in the other one.

Read the so-called petition.
There is no demand or action stated.

so what exactly is the purpose of this Petition, other than to act as a troll link.

[ QUOTE ]

Recently, the online poker operator, Absolute Poker, has been discovered to have certain players able to see the hole cards of other players.

This has been revealed through extensive and detailed statistical analysis, and consideration of a large number of hand history records.
