i dont mind the bet on this board for protection purposes, but it seems to me that a lot of his hand range are hands that youre probably only gonna get one more street of value on for turn/river. if you think his range is more heavily weighted in draws and tpgk hands, i like a bet more, if you think Tx and pp's are a stronger part of his range id rather check the turn bet the river.


edit: also getting c/r on the turn would suck ass when that Q peels.

I just check behind on the turn. The queen is a scare card for him if he holds JT/KT. Since you hold the Ace of clubs it's less likely that he has a flush draw.

I think his hand is likely a weaker Ten or PP and those hands are unlikely to call a turn bet but might call a river bet or bluff.
