Default NL5 FR: Flush on a paired board

This is my first post, so please don't be too harsh to me.

Villain is 17/3/.57 over 120 hands

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.05 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

MP3 ($7.06)
CO ($14.85)
Button ($5.68)
SB ($3.09)
BB ($5.03)
UTG ($16.81)
UTG+1 ($9.21)
Hero ($10.19)
MP2 ($1.68)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.15</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, CO calls $0.15, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB calls $0.13, BB calls $0.10.

Flop: ($0.60) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $0.1</font>, Hero calls $0.10, CO calls $0.10, SB calls $0.10.

Turn: ($1) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $0.15</font>, Hero calls $0.15, CO folds, SB calls $0.15.

River: ($1.45) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $1.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3.15</font>, SB folds, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to $4.63</font>, Hero calls $1.48.

Final Pot: $10.71

Should I have raised the turn? Or just called his river bet? Should I be more careful because I got reraised on the river by someone with such a low aggression factor? On the other hand, he just called pre-flop and his flop and turn bets were weak.

I play only 6max, I don't know if full ring is much different.

You have 4 people to act behind you, so I think that's comparable to UTG in 6max. I think raising A6s in that position is quite loose. Then you flop your dream flop and you call a very weak bet from someone who can have all sorts of junk like A3o. I would definitely raise to something like 60 cents here.

Then you make the nutflush on the turn. You are only behind K3,J3,33. K3,J3 are unlikely given villains stats and the fact that he called your raise preflop. 33 is unlikely because there are two 3's on the board, but if it happens to be his hand, so be it. Conclusion: you have a monster and are very likely ahead of everybody, so you want a big pot. Raise that turn bet to potsize! River doesn't change anything. Get your money in.
