firefox not working for anyone else?
I've been searching the web, and cannot find any info. I haven't been able to get firefox to load a website on my laptop all day. It loads fine on my desktop, and opera works fine on my laptop. I just talked to someone else who is having the same problem. Is there an issue with a Firefox update?
I checked my firewall settings (comodo) and it's allowed access. I checked connection options in advanced settings. |

lol. If Firefox broke, the info would be out there when you searched.
It's working fine for me. |

Well it works on one computer for me.
I searched their site and did everything they suggested. It's crazy, it worked yesterday. |

Delete the cookies from that site. [/ QUOTE ] Agree. Actually I'd go to Tools > Clear Private Data and clear out everything. Restart Firefox and see what happens. I'll be surprised if it doesn't work after doing a full cleaning. |

Worst case...uninstall and reinstall. Working fine for me right now.

Re: firefox not working for anyone else?
Ok, it seemed to be a Comodo issue, this time I opened FF, and Comodo came up with the "Allow or Deny" box and I allowed, and everything is fine. Yesterday, the box wouldn't come up, and I ensured FF was allowed access in Comodo.

Re: firefox not working for anyone else?
When you update Firefox, most firewalls think that it's a different program (due to the .exe having a different signature), so you must re-allow it to access the Internet. (Unfortunately, sometimes you're not prompted to do this and must do it manually.)
