Blind vs Blind Trips

Villain in this hand is 21/15/2 over 500 hands. My read was that villain has been aggro with his good/marginal hands and tricky with his monsters. My last four big blinds had been folded to villain and he had raised each time, I defended once and was 3bet and had to let it go. I don't have the 3bet% calculator but he was 3betting a large amount of the time, and I wanted to take this hand in position and chose just to coldcall preflop.
