Default QT button, faces donkbet

Its a pretty simple hand, but this is a spot Im having trouble with, when I get donkbet.
Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero ($100)
SB ($103.50)
BB ($40.95)
UTG ($91.20)
MP ($156.95)
CO ($117.55)

Preflop: Hero is Button with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
3 folds, Hero raises to $3.5, SB calls $3, 1 fold.

Flop: ($8) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets $3, Hero??

I hate this donkbets, never know what they mean. I know folding isnt an option but just dont get whats better, raising and give myself a better idea of where Im at, or just call this for pot control?

I call. Since u actually have decent SD value, I don't like raising coz it would turn your hand into a bluff.

Just read the board again, I prolly raise since I don't believe that SB would lead so small with a made hand on such a drawy board. Then shut down if he calls.

He's betting a draw here. I'd raise, and if the turn is spooky, check/fold.
