AK OOP preflop against two short minraisers
shove? raise? call?
everything felt awkward with these stack sizes. Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter) SB: $258.85 Hero (BB): $200.00 UTG: $307.60 MP: $50.90 41/16/2.3 (44) CO: $273.78 BTN: $66.01 23/14/1.2 (200) Preflop: Hero is dealt K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players) UTG folds, MP raises to $4.00, CO folds, BTN calls $4.00, SB folds, Hero? |

Re: AK OOP preflop against two short minraisers
I hate to call coz we figure to have the best hand here (so want value) and i hate to raise 30% of vilains s stack with an unmade hand and potentially get called by 2 players and face a a verry akward situation on the flop if we miss so i would shove as a default line here.

Re: AK OOP preflop against two short minraisers
in this spot i usually like to raise to about 12-14 and obviously call a shove. if both call your getting 3:1 and if any king or ace comes on the flop its likely to have also hit one or both or them, and they will stack off. if not then you can shut down. If only one calls pf then it can be a bit tricky if you miss, however youll have overs and u have the option of semibluff shoving. lol or shove pf as mentioned, meh.
