i think youre behind on the turn after his c/r and call raise on the flop.
id rather check it too, most pairs wont call another turnbet if the A falls

This seems like a clear call to me. I don't think raising here has any value and you have no fold equity against this guy. Your getting close to straight pot odds for a call, and it is likely you can get more money on the river. I think I check behind or fold a non heart/5 river though.

I agree that checking behind turn is better as well.
