This guy was 41/10. Very chatty at the table. When I bet the flop he said: '... wow wtf'. Basically I don't give him much credit. I folded the river after thinking for a while cause I figured this is an unprofitable call in the long run, but this particular time I really think I had him. Usually I've seen a river shove is a huge sign of weakness and I think he thought we were splitting and only a 7 8 or higher pp beats me. He immediately let after I folded. Anyway, good fold? Should I have called?

i dont call here...too much stuff beats us and his line and talk sounds like the queen.

fwiw when there is 3 of a kind on the board and you have quads...open shoving is very profitable.

I think it's an easy fold.
Also, talking in the chat like that is in my book (in this limit) is generally a sign of strength. Because he is shaking in fear if he does this bluff here. If he know he's good he can take the time to chat with you for a while.
