How do you make any $ here?

I'm somehow playing 12/9 on this table over 50ish hands and not really getting any cards. Villian here is playing 30/25. I can never figure out how to make any $ when this turn card hits.

as usual turn goes check check and river I bet $40 and he tanks and folds. gah. Is this a good spot for a fake blocker of like $20? That seems so donkey but probably works.

if you bet this turn when you have air or cant beat Tx, you should be betting it here too

How do you make any $ here? You already made 40bb's. Unless he has AhXh you're likely not making any more. Just bet.

You played this well. I like the turn check as betting will only scare off hands such as Tx and 88 etc.

Actually, I would shove. $50 looks like what it is, which is a value bet. Push is a value bet he might think is a bluff and call 1-2 more times out of 100.

actually, as uve shown mental instability this may cause villain to never bluff here hence it would be an excellent comment to make if you had KK/QQ. itd be kinda like a blocking bet, without the bet part.

I kinda like $40, it leaves $40 on the river.. a pot-sized shove looks scarier, I mean, you could check turn and shove river.. but I think 40 gets a call more than a shove, and if 40 gets a call twice as often, you break even if he folds *all* rivers.. but sometimes he'll call.
